Position Title Precision Assembly Technician
Work Location : Torrance California 90501
Assignment Duration : 12 Months
Work Schedule : 2nd Shift 2 : 30 pm - 11 : 00 pm.
Overview : Perform precision assembly on complex production and repair actuators, ensuring adherence to specifications and maintaining dimensional accuracy throughout the assembly process. This role requires attention to detail and the ability to work from both written and oral instructions.
Key Responsibilities :
- Perform precision assembly on complex production and repair actuators
- Adjust or align components through shimming and other mechanical adjustments as specified by blueprints or other specifications
- Utilize a variety of mechanical measuring equipment such as dial indicators and calipers to meet assembly build requirements
- Maintain dimensional accuracy on assemblies using torque wrenches, fixtures, tooling, gauges, and other measuring devices
- Work from assembly instructions, both written and oral
