A company is looking for a Special Products Supervisor who will oversee the servicing of specialized loan products.

Key Responsibilities

Supervise and develop staff while managing workflows and operational controls

Establish and implement procedures for servicing special loans and ensure compliance with regulations

Regularly review departmental workflows and recommend strategies for improving performance and processes

Required Qualifications

High School Diploma or equivalent required

5+ years of mortgage servicing experience with an emphasis on special loans required

Knowledge of mortgage servicing systems and investor guidelines required

Proven leadership experience

Ability to work independently and multitask effectively
