Financial Reporting Analyst

The Financial Reporting Analyst is responsible for supporting the organizations financial reporting process by preparing accurate timely and compliant financial information. This role partners with accounting treasury and business leadership to ensure high-quality financial analysis and adherence to applicable accounting standards across reporting activities. The analyst contributes to financial statement preparation consolidation of domestic and foreign entities and ongoing enhancement of the reporting frameworks.

Specific Duties Include :

• Prepare and analyze monthly quarterly and annual financial reports for both internal and external stakeholders.
• Execute the monthly and quarterly financial consolidation process ensuring accurate elimination entries foreign-currency translation and compliance with GAAP reporting requirements.
• Assist in the annual external audit and preparation of annual audited financial statements.
• Assist in regulatory audits with lending partners.
• Assist in the preparations for filing of tax returns.
• Maintain and enhance general ledger account accuracy structure and integrity.
• Assist other department personnel to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Follow all safety rules and regulations while performing work assignments and adhere to all policies and procedures as specified in company manuals and as directed in the employee handbook.
• Conduct self in the presence of customers and community so as to present a professional image of RDO Equipment Co.
• Proactively seek and participate in available company-sponsored training in an effort to develop and advance knowledge base and skill set.
• Participate in all company / location driven communication efforts including open book meetings huddles department meetings and other related efforts.
• Maintain a positive and professional working relationship with peers management and support resources with a constant commitment to teamwork and exemplary customer service.
• Perform all other duties as assigned by management in a professional and efficient manner.
