Job Description :

We are looking for a skilled Radio Producer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in editing audio content and post-production, with experience specifically in radio shows, podcasts, commercials, and imaging. As a Radio Producer, you will be responsible for transforming raw content into polished, high-quality productions that resonate with our audience.

Key Responsibilities :

Edit Audio Content :

Edit and refine audio for financial radio shows and podcasts, ensuring clarity, consistency, and a professional finish.

Post-Production :

Perform production tasks such as mixing, leveling, and mastering audio to enhance content quality.

Project Management :

Handle multiple projects simultaneously, adhering to strict deadlines and maintaining efficient workflow processes.

Content Enhancement :

Collaborate with Hosts to identify key messages and improve narrative flow, adding value through editing techniques that engage and captivate the audience.

Technical Skills :

Operate studio equipment and troubleshoot any issues that may arise during recording sessions.

Creative Input :

Provide creative input and execution on content structure, commercials, imaging, story contributions, and overall presentation to elevate the final product.

Publishing & Delivering Content :

Deliver produced radio shows and commercials to radio stations before deadlines and upload & publish podcasts with titles, descriptions, and key words.

Industry Awareness :

Stay informed about trends and advancements in media editing and production to incorporate best practices into your work.

Qualifications : Experience :

Minimum 5 years of experience in audio editing and production, specifically with radio shows, podcasts, commercials, and imaging.

Technical Skills :

Proficiency in Adobe Audition with a solid understanding of audio production and operating studio equipment.

Attention to Detail :

Strong attention to detail with an ability to identify and correct inconsistencies and errors in quality and content.

Creativity :

Excellent creative skills, with the ability to enhance content through thoughtful editing and post-production techniques.

Communication :

Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with Hosts, Producers, and our Marketing team.

Organization :

Ability to manage multiple projects independently and prioritize tasks efficiently to meet deadlines.

Preferred Qualifications :

Video Editing and Production skills desired.

Experience with Riverside.fm, Adobe Premiere, and Premiere Rush.

Experience with additional multimedia platforms and an understanding of SEO and digital marketing strategies related to media content is a plus.

Work Location

We pride ourselves on having a hybrid work culture that can become effective after 90 days of employment. Any exceptions made for flexibility or remote work status will be determined solely on a case- by-case basis.

Remote / hybrid schedules are subject to change and based on performance / business needs.
