As an effective team builder, the Advanced Program Performance Management Specialist provides schedule management and analysis related to established or new development programs. We'll expect you to work with multiple contracts typically valued up to $20M per year, by developing the program schedule baseline within the contract parameters in conjunction with the program team and analyzing program performance (historical and predictive), and monitoring the contract / program schedule completion date, and make recommendations to program manager and program leads.

What you will be doing :

• This position will primarily focus on the schedule management / development side of an Earned Value Management System (EVMS) compliant baseline, but analyst should also possess a strong understanding of all aspects of EVMS
• Analyst will support the establishment the program baseline within the contract parameters in conjunction with the program team
• Help drive the program's monthly business rhythm ensuring inputs are received and reports are generated on time to meet strict program reporting deadlines.
• Perform analysis of historical and predictive metrics, monitor major milestone / deliverable dates and project completion dates
• Develops time-phased budgets and forecasts by resource loading the schedule based on program team inputs to meet all contract and program objectives
• Collect and update full program performance data; summarize and review results with program manager and program leads
• Integrate subcontractor data and / or material data into program data
• Ensure program schedules are horizontally and vertically integrated and resolves network logic conflicts
• Apply advanced scheduling techniques and analysis (health and quality checks, resource loading, risk analysis)
• Assists the program in analyzing the critical path and driving paths to identify and manage schedule risk
• Prepares timely, accurate program review documents in alignment with program monthly business rhythm

Combined Salary Range

USD $110,000.00 - USD $1,150,000.00 / Yr.
