How you'll change lives
As a Dialysis Nurse at US Renal Care, you will play a vital role on our multidisciplinary team, working closely with the Charge Nurse and providing essential support and oversight to Patient Care Technicians (PCTs) to enhance the lives of patients battling kidney disease.
What you'll be doing
Patient Care : You'll engage directly with patients to deliver safe, effective, and compassionate dialysis treatments. This includes conducting and documenting thorough physical assessments before and after each treatment, while also closely monitoring patients during their sessions. To ensure the highest quality renal care, you will review patient medication profiles monthly and administer medications as prescribed by healthcare providers.
Teamwork : As an integral part of our healthcare team, you will facilitate all necessary patient assessments and care planning activities. You'll also ensure compliance with staffing requirements as directed by the Administrator and in accordance with state regulations regarding staffing ratios.
Safety & Quality : Under the supervision of the Charge Nurse, you will adhere to all company guidelines and relevant laws and regulations, actively participating in staff meetings and continuing education opportunities to enhance your professional development.
