Job Description

We're looking for a Senior Full Stack Engineer who is not only a master of their craft but also passionate about leading and mentoring a high-performing team of engineers with a growth mindset. This role is part of an exciting project for a major credit card company, so experience with payment systems or financial technology is a huge plus.

What You'll Do

  • Lead by example in designing, building, and delivering scalable solutions using Java and
  • Mentor and support a team of talented engineers, driving technical excellence and innovation.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally to bring cutting-edge financial products to life.
  • Champion code quality, best practices, and continuous improvement.

Who You Are

  • A hands-on Senior Engineer with strong expertise in Java (back-end) and (front-end).
  • Experienced in leading teams or serving as a technical lead.
  • Ideally, experienced in financial services, payment platforms, or similar high-security environments.
  • An excellent communicator and problem-solver who thrives in collaboration.
