Pay: $63,107.20 – $86,320.00 annually

Position Overview:
Navitas Healthcare, LLC is seeking Registered Respiratory Therapist for an exciting opportunity in Miami, FL.

Qualifications

• RRT/Respiratory Care Practitioner (RRT/RCP) certification required.
• Associate Degree or Vocational School Graduate in Respiratory Therapy.
• Basic Cardiac Life Support (BCLS) certification within 30 days of hire.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and deliver high-quality, patient-centered respiratory care as part of a multidisciplinary team.
• Perform diagnostic tests and therapeutic procedures while monitoring patients on invasive/noninvasive mechanical ventilation.
• Conduct patient assessments including breath sounds, airway patency, and cuff pressure.
• Administer therapies such as oxygen, aerosols, and chest physiotherapy.
• Assist with airway placement and ventilator management.
• Respond to emergencies ensuring airway integrity.
• Transport ventilator-dependent patients safely within the facility.
