    • What You’ll Do

  • Follow up on leads quickly and consistently.
  • Build relationships and stay in touch with past and future clients.
  • Conduct buyer and seller consultations that actually help people make smart decisions.
  • Host open houses, showcase listings, and represent our brand in the community.
  • Oversee your transactions from start to finish — with support when you need it.
  • Keep learning and growing your business with our ongoing coaching and training.

    • What You’ll Need

  • A valid California real estate license
  • Strong communication and organizational skills
  • Comfort with technology (and a willingness to learn more)
  • Prior sales or customer service experience is a plus

    Job Type : Full-time

    Pay : $50,000 – $200,000+ per year (commission-based with bonuses)

    Benefits : Flexible schedule, in-person and online training, strong community support

    Schedule : Self-determined, with some weekend availability
