Trillium Construction is hiring an Operations Manager for a Mobile Crane Rental, Rigging and Heavy Haul Company in Raleigh, NC!

The Operations Manager is responsible for running day-to-day operations. Establishing, implementing and upholding processes and procedures, managing and strategies & statistics within the company to promote a positive culture and successful business practices. Candidates should have prior experience working in the industry, be knowledgeable with Cranes and Heavy Equipment, along with previous Operations / Management experience within the Crane Industry. Responsibilities : -Develop, Maintain, Grow company Morale, Profitability, and business Partnerships & Relationships -Manage day-to-day office / company operations and provide support to owners & upper management. -Schedule and Meet with Owners & Upper Management about development, outlooks etc. -Provide information & education on timelines, inventory, and numbers. -Promote productive, and successful business models through good communication, customer service, and go getter mind set.

Compensation : $110,000+ DOE.

Skillset / Experience : - Minimum 5 years' Industrial field experience & Management within the Cranes, Rigging and Heavy Hauling Industry - Outside B2B Sales experience and Operations / Management experience, or combination of both - Taxiing Rental Services & Heavy Hauling experience and knowledge - Budgeting, Estimating - Product and Inventory Knowledge & Management - Sales, Customer, and Employee Relations
