The Hired Guns are seeking a Field Marketing Operations Manager to join a rapidly-growing startup in the eyewear space. You’ll use your expertise to create workflow efficiency and best practices for over 600 local retail stores. This role starts out on a contract basis, then transitions to a full-time hire.

A rapidly-growing eyewear startup (hint: they’re poised to take on Warby Parker) is searching for a Field Marketing Operations Manager to take their field marketing efforts to the next level. As a liaison to the brand’s growing constellation of local retail stores (all 670 of them), you will be charged with creating efficiencies and improving processes while streamlining marketing efforts and material distribution.

This role is crucial when it comes to triaging requests for support from the field, managing the ticketing system, and effectively communicating initiatives to field and operations teams.
