Assembler I

This is an onsite position. Daytime hours, must be open to working OT as needed Please utilize attached Job Description for detailed requirements. Manager will review shortlisted candidates and Tapfin will extend offers. No phone or in person interview will be conducted- Selected Candidates need to start as soon as screenings clear This role will be responsible for a variety of assembly and non-assembly functions in support of manufacturing goals. Job Duties-Operates equipment used to manufacture products. Assembles, checks, and inspects products against departmental procedures. Responsible for recognizing product or equipment problems that arise during the mfg. process and escalating to Line Lead or Supervisor Physical Requirements : Must be physically able to stand for prolonged periods, as this position is not done sitting down. Candidate may conduct repetitive movements including push / pull moving of product as needed from assembly area. No heavy lifting is required. Area does require occasional bending, stooping, and movement of completed product from one area to another, and ability to clean up the mfg equipment used for the area. Will be standing on feet for entire shift so comfortable closed toe shoes are required.
