Position Summary
The Payroll Supervisor is responsible for overseeing accurate and timely payroll processing for both union and non-union across multiple states. This role directly supervises one Union Payroll Specialist and one Non-Union Payroll Coordinator, while also serving as the primary backup processor for both functions as needed. The Payroll Supervisor ensures compliance with federal, state, and local regulations, maintains payroll controls, and supports risk management and audit readiness. This position partners closely with HR, Accounting, and departmental leaders to ensure smooth payroll operations and exceptional service to employees.
