Strong interpersonal, clinical assessment, and documentation skills. Dependability and ability to function independently overnight. Must take a 30-minute meal break each shift.

Location : : Las Cruces, NM
Position Overview
A skilled and reliable Travel LPN is needed for a night-shift assignment at a skilled nursing environment. The nurse will provide patient-centered care, ensure safety, and support clinical operations during overnight hours.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide direct patient care following nursing standards and facility protocols.
- Administer medications and treatments accurately.
- Monitor residents' conditions during night hours and respond promptly to clinical needs.
- Document care and assessments in the facility's EMR system.
- Support residents with mobility, hygiene, and ADL needs as required.
- Maintain adherence to infection control and safety guidelines.
- Communicate effectively with the clinical team and incoming shift staff.
