Pay Range : $40,000-$60,000 plus incentive

Sell Agent Customer Experience

The Sell Agent Customer Experience is responsible for delivering customer website support and coordinating customer vehicle purchases.

Responsibilities

• Driveway website concierge / brand promise expert :
• Customer Concierge :
• Answers questions and helps move the digital transaction process forward
• Coordinates virtual inspection using our inspection application
• Coordinates pick-up of purchased vehicle from customer's home.
• Communicate effectively with customers through chat, phone, and CRM / email
• Maintain activity log
• Other duties as assigned
