Key Responsibilities
Understand customer experience trends and leverage insights for strategic program development
Own execution of cross-company strategic programs and lead implementation efforts
Develop business capabilities and create impactful communications to drive new strategies
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field and 4+ years of experience in related areas
Experience in consulting, change management, project management, or customer engagement
Preferred : 8+ years of experience in relevant fields
Experience in program management within management consulting or marketing
Familiarity with the technology or customer experience sector is ideal
