Property & Casualty Commercial Lines Producer

We are seeking multiple results-driven Licensed Property and Casualty Insurance Producers to join our growing team. With an overwhelming number of leads generated by our lead form pages and marketing efforts, we need motivated professionals to engage with prospective and existing customers, deliver exceptional service, and drive sales growth.

The ideal candidates will be licensed insurance professionals with a passion for helping clients find the right coverage, a strong work ethic, and a desire to lead and support others in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.

Key Responsibilities

Sales and Client Engagement

• Respond to and initiate phone calls, texts, and emails to engage prospective customers and existing clients.
• Explain policy options, provide quotes, and bind coverage efficiently and accurately.
• Follow up on leads and inquiries generated from lead forms and other sources.
• Build lasting relationships with clients by understanding their needs and recommending suitable policies.

Qualifications and Skills

Education : High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, or a related field is a plus.

Licensing : Active Property and Casualty Insurance license (required).

Experience : Proven experience in insurance sales, preferably in a high-volume environment.

Demonstrated ability to meet and exceed sales targets.

Skills : Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Exceptional sales, negotiation, and closing abilities.

Ability to manage time effectively in a fast-paced setting.

Proficiency with CRM tools and other sales-related technologies.

Leadership qualities, with experience in training or mentoring others preferred.
