HIRING NOW : Experienced Shingle Roofers – Flagstaff Area
Residential & Commercial Roofing | Full-Time | Hourly | Great Pay + Benefits
American Roofing & Waterproofing is now hiring experienced shingle roof installers to join our growing team in Flagstaff and surrounding areas. If you’ve got 5+ years of residential and commercial roofing experience, we want to talk to you today!
✅ Skilled in :
5+ years of hands-on roofing experience (shingle, residential, and commercial systems)
Shingle tear-offs, installs, and repairs
Roofing systems : asphalt, gravel, metal, EPDM, TPO, PVC, single-ply
Waterproofing and coatings
Scaffolding and ladder safety
Estimating materials & labor
Must be physically capable (lifting 50+ lbs, climbing, kneeling, working outdoors)
Willing to work long hours, nights, weekends, and travel if needed
Bilingual (Spanish / English) is a big plus!
Driving Requirements :
Valid driver’s license
Clean driving record
Must be insurable under company policy
