Job Description

Champion Homes is seeking a dynamic and experienced Accounting Manager to lead core financial operations for our corporate team. If you thrive in a fast-paced environment, bring strong leadership and analytical skills, and are passionate about driving accuracy and process improvement, we want to hear from you.

What You'll Do :

As Accounting Manager, you'll play a key role in :

• Overseeing daily operations of the accounting department
• Leading month-end, quarterly, and annual close processes
• Preparing and reviewing journal entries and reconciliations
• Driving process improvement and automation initiatives
• Managing financial reports, forecasts, and annual budgets
• Ensuring compliance with SOX, internal controls, and government regulations
• Coordinating with auditors and cross-functional teams (AR, AP, Treasury)
• Training and managing accounting staff
• Supporting Oracle close process and reporting implementation
• Maintaining centralized accounts payable and vendor reconciliation
• Handling tax resale certificates and unmatched receiving reports
