Job Description
The Housekeeper is responsible for guiding guests to the spa facilities, greeting guests as they enter the facilities, and providing personal guest service. They are responsible for keeping the lounge, locker room, and other guest areas neat, presentable, and stocked with all amenities.
Core Responsibilities :
- Clean the spa, restroom, breakrooms, hallways, stairs, etc.
- Keep track of guest using the Salt Cave
- Frequent Spa sweeps / cleaning (Up and downstairs)
- Men’s and women’s lounges nee to be cleaned
- Pick up any towels / robes / slippers that are laying around
- Restock guest amenities (towels, robes, slippers, etc.)
- Empty laundry bin and complete laundry cycles (wash, dry, fold, put-up)
- Replenish water / ice if needed
- Restock bathrooms with toilet paper, paper towels, hand soap, mouthwash, etc.
- Report any supplies that are running low
- Wipe up wet floors in the pool area
- Check showers are clean and free of towels
- Check changing rooms for robes, towels and items left by guest
- Report and return any guest properties found while rendering services
- Check on clients in the steam and sauna rooms
- Physical strength and stamina to work extended periods
- Complete all laundry (Wash, Dry, Fold, Put up)
- Perform other duties as assigned
