Key Responsibilities
Build and scale relationships with various partners, managing recruitment, onboarding, and enablement programs
Drive revenue growth through referrals, site-level activation, and co-selling initiatives while maintaining pipeline management
Leverage hospitality technology expertise to enhance compliance and operational efficiency for partners
Required Qualifications
3+ years of experience in building and managing strategic partnerships in the hospitality sector
Familiarity with hospitality-related technology such as payroll, HCM, and POS / PMS systems
Proven success in driving revenue and pipeline growth through partner ecosystems
Understanding of hospitality industry challenges, including labor management and compliance
Highly organized and data-driven approach to partner performance tracking and analysis
