Key Responsibilities

Lead and mentor a team of software engineers while fostering a collaborative culture

Design scalable AI system architectures and oversee system maintenance and monitoring

Manage project planning, execution, and delivery, collaborating with cross-functional teams

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field

7+ years of professional software development experience

2+ years of experience with LLMs, orchestration frameworks, or agentic systems

Experience in designing distributed systems and building production-grade web services

Proficiency in backend (Node.js / Python) and frontend frameworks
