The Inbound / Outbound Supervisor is responsible for overseeing daily receiving and shipping operations to ensure accurate, timely, and efficient movement of goods within DAISO USA's distribution center. This role leads a team of warehouse associates, monitors inventory transactions, and enforces safety and operational standards to meet productivity and service goals.

Key responsibilities include supervising and coordinating all inbound receiving and outbound shipping processes, ensuring timely unloading, staging, picking, packing, and shipping of products, overseeing putaway and stock rotation in collaboration with inventory and replenishment teams, communicating with vendors, carriers, and internal departments to resolve discrepancies and support workflow, training, coaching, and scheduling warehouse staff across multiple shifts, monitoring team performance, enforcing standards, and supporting corrective actions when necessary, utilizing Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) to track inventory movement and maintain accurate documentation, conducting routine cycle counts and ensuring inventory accuracy, enforcing safety protocols in accordance with OSHA and DAISO policies, maintaining a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment, and participating in incident investigations and ensuring corrective actions are implemented.

Qualifications include a high school diploma or GED (preferred), 35 years of warehouse experience, with 2+ years in a supervisory or lead capacity, knowledge of inbound and outbound logistics operations, familiarity with WMS, RF scanning, and shipping systems, experience operating forklifts or warehouse equipment (certification preferred), strong communication, leadership, and organizational skills, and the ability to multitask and make decisions in a fast-paced environment.

Physical requirements include the ability to lift, carry, push, and pull up to 40 lbs, frequent standing, walking, bending, and reaching, and the ability to work in warehouse conditions with variable noise, dust, and temperature levels.

Work environment includes an indoor distribution center setting, shift-based schedule; weekend and evening availability required, and regular interaction with warehouse teams, leads, and external partners.
