Carpenter Position

Looking for carpenters to join a window / glass installation company in Tallahassee, FL. No prior window / glass experience needed- just willingness to learn!

Responsibilities :

• Study blueprints and building plans to become familiar with the specifications of each project.
• Use tools to cut and shape glass to fit frames precisely.
• Check that glass is properly aligned and straight during the installation process.
• Assemble and install metal and wood components used to hold glass.
• Fasten glass in place with clips, moldings, and other components.
• Seal windows with putty or weather seal.
• Inspect completed work to ensure it is free of defects.
• Comply with federal, state, and local health and safety regulations and building codes.
