What You'll Be Responsible For

Be the face of the service drive , greeting every guest with confidence and professionalism

Clearly communicate recommendations and build trust through transparency

Write repair orders, present services, and help customers make informed decisions

Partner with technicians to ensure accurate diagnoses and timely repairs

Follow up with every customer — and make sure they leave feeling like VIPs

What We’re Looking For

Service Advisor or customer-facing automotive experience preferred — but we’ll train the right personality

Strong communication & sales instincts

Ability to juggle multiple tasks without losing your cool
