Experience / Expertise :

• . Owns the product – Provides technical leadership of the development in Pega and along with complete hands-on experienced role
• . Is knowledgeable enough to do the work and instruct / lead others on data model, security, reporting, performance, case life cycle, case hierarchy, UX / UI, error handling, and infrastructure.
• . Mentors the development team and installs best practices within the development team.
• . Leads quality checking and improves overall testing.
• . Prevents / catches errors / defects going into QA - reduce defect rate
• . Prevents / eliminates production errors with production releases with forethought in how bug fixes and enhancements impact other application functionality.
• . Has the technical capability to lead development of brand-new workflows.
• . Provide the technical thought leadership in Pega design and offers alternatives incorporating best practices
• . Validates and challenge user stories as well as provide expertise to more accurately point user stories.
• . Maintains guardrail scores within Pega best practices
• . Clearly communicates ideas with the team - verbally and written in user stories
