Job Summary

What You'll Be Doing

As a MIG/TIG Welder, your core responsibilities will include:
Welding and Fabrication: Perform MIG and TIG welding to create structurally sound and visually clean welds.
Quality Inspection: Inspect welds to ensure they meet company standards and structural integrity requirements.
Blueprint Interpretation: Read and interpret blueprints to accurately produce high-quality products.
Workplace Safety: Maintain a clean and safe work environment at all times.

In addition, you’ll collaborate with your team to meet production goals and ensure timely delivery of superior products.

What We're Looking For

Qualifications:

Welding experience (MIG and TIG required)
Fabrication experience
Ability to read blueprints and follow specifications
Commitment to maintaining a safe and organized workspace

Skills:

Attention to Detail: Ensure precision and quality in every weld.
Teamwork: Collaborate effectively with other welders and shop staff to meet shared goals.
Self-Motivation: Work efficiently and maintain a steady pace without direct supervision.
