Job Description : Job Description

A BE / BC OB / GYN Physician is sought to join a growing practice in Towson, Maryland.

Unit Specifics

  • 9 Labor & Delivery rooms (LDRs)
  • 2 Operating Rooms (ORs)
  • 5 Triage beds
  • 20 beds in Level III NICU
  • 30 beds for postpartum, antepartum, and GYN patients
  • EPIC EMR with Stork

Job Specifics

  • Group comprised of 3 OB-GYN Physicians seeking a 4th
  • Hospital performs ~2,200 deliveries per year
  • Labor & Delivery and continuity of care office coverage
  • Inpatient and Outpatient settings
  • 80% Clinical & 20% Administrative
  • See ~25 patients per day in office; 5-10 new patients per week
  • Office schedule : 2 days / week, Monday-Thursday 8 : 00am4 : 30pm, Friday 8 : 00am4 : 00pm
  • Labor & Delivery Schedule :

    • 1 shift (1216 hours) per week

  • 1 shift (8 hours) per week
  • 2 weekend shifts (12 hours each) per month
  • Work collaboratively with Certified Nurse Midwives
  • Position also available in Pikesville office

    • Qualifications

  • Education : 4-year OB / GYN residency (Required)
  • Certification / Licensure : Licensed MD in the State of Maryland (Required)
  • ACLS Certification (Preferred)
