About the Position

LocumJobsOnline is working with Lancesoft Inc to find a qualified Family Practice MD in New York!

Join a physician-led, mission-driven team delivering high-quality outpatient primary care to patients of all ages in a collaborative and supportive environment. This is a full-time position with optional teaching, leadership, and career development opportunities.

🔹 Outpatient only – no inpatient rounding

🔹 40-hour work week with 34 hours of direct patient care

🔹 Average 18–24 patients per day

🔹 Participate in light call rotation (phone-only with RN triage)

🔹 Provide occasional telemedicine coverage on weekends (a few hours every few months)

🔹 Work closely with APPs

🔹 Teaching opportunities with medical and NP / PA students

🔹 Fully integrated EPIC EMR system

🔹 Optional hospital medicine or administrative leadership roles

💰 Compensation & Benefits :

Base salary : $250,000–$260,000 / year

💸 $75,000 starting bonus (paid in first paycheck)

🔁 $25,000 retention bonus at start of year 2

• 🕒 Flexible scheduling : 4- or 5-day work week
