Senior Billing Analyst

A company is looking for a Senior Billing Analyst.

Key Responsibilities

Manage the full billing cycle, including invoice creation, payment posting, and credit memo application

Identify, research, and resolve billing issues while investigating payment discrepancies

Collaborate with internal teams to address billing-related issues and improve processes

Required Qualifications

3+ years of experience in Billing, Order-to-Cash, or Accounts Receivables, preferably in a high-volume SaaS or subscription-based environment

Advanced Excel / Google Sheets skills with experience in analyzing large datasets

Hands-on experience with financial systems such as NetSuite and Salesforce

Ability to lead cross-functional initiatives and work effectively with various stakeholders

Experience with SaaS pricing models and global billing operations is preferred
