Job Summary

As a Quality Control Specialist IV in Wholesale Loan Operations you review documentation and approve loan transactions to ensure compliance and accuracy. You participate in projects assigned by the manager and work within high volumes and daily deadlines.

Job Responsibilities

• Review documentation to ensure compliance credit audit and funding requirements are met
• Ensure approved and executed documents are consistent
• Conduct quality review and approval of loan funding wires payments and rate updates
• Ensure processed work complies with procedures
• Use multiple loan and supporting systems to complete quality reviews
• Communicate and clarify information with processing teams
• Meet service level expectations and team / individual goals
• Organize and prioritize work in a metrics-driven environment
• Support a teamwork-focused environment and present a professional attitude
• Adapt to best practices and seek constant improvement
• Effectively multi-task and prioritize workloads within tight service levels
