Are you passionate about sales and fluent in more than one language? Do you thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic work environment? If so, joining Drive N-Motion in Thornton, CO as a full-time Sales Consultant may be the perfect opportunity for you!

WHAT'S IN IT FOR YOU?

As a Sales Consultant, you can expect to earn a competitive salary ranging from $55,000 to $110,000/year. The typical schedule is Monday through Saturday with a day off during the week and Sunday.

All that you need is:

  • 1 year or more of sales experience
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • A valid driver's license
  • Ability to speak fluently in both Spanish and English (strongly preferred but not required)

Car industry knowledge is helpful but not required. Are you a pleasant and professional communicator? Can you be social and energetic in conversations? If so, we want you at our car dealership!

JOB REQUIREMENTS

The ideal candidate must have a strong desire to succeed. Our automotive sales consultants come from a variety of backgrounds and industries. You don't have to have automotive sales experience to be successful but you should have experience providing exceptional customer service and previous sales experience is a plus.

  • Prior experience working with customers and providing an exceptional experience
  • Sales, including inside sales, outside sales, or retail sales is a plus
  • Steady work history and the commitment to starting a new career
  • Outgoing personality with the ability to develop relationships easily ( "people person")
  • Basic computer, email and internet proficiency
  • Excellent appearance, verbal/written communication, strong negotiation and presentation skills
  • Must possess the ability to ask for the sale and follow through
  • Saturdays and some evening hours
  • Valid U.S. Driver's license with a clean Motor Vehicle Record
  • 1 year's worth of new or used car sales experience strongly preferred

You use your expertise and enthusiasm to tailor the car-buying experience to each individual's needs, ensuring a smooth and enjoyable process from start to finish.

Sales Consultants spend time with customers to determine their needs and discuss pre-owned vehicle and finance options

  • Sales Consultants commit to becoming automotive sales experts and gain a wide knowledge of multiple vehicle makes, models and brands.
  • Sales Consultants test drive a wide variety of awesome vehicles
  • Complete quotes and present & explain financing options for used vehicles, while developing and honing top-notch negotiation skills
  • Follow up with prospective customers and return email / voicemail / text messages
  • Assist online shoppers by setting and confirming appointments
  • Follow up with existing customers to confirm their satisfaction and generate referral leads
