• Experience in customer service or hospitality, ensuring guests feel welcomed and valued.
• Ability to communicate effectively and warmly, both in person and over the phone.
• Proven track record of handling payments accurately and maintaining confidentiality.
• Strong problem-solving skills to address guest concerns with empathy and efficiency.
• Ability to work collaboratively with team members to maintain a welcoming front desk environment.
• Experience in managing guest records and transactions for seamless service continuity.
• Ability to coordinate guest services, such as transportation and special requests, enhancing their stay.
