About the Role

Viant Medical is seeking a experienced

CNC Machine Operators / CNC Machinists

to join our team on

2nd shift (Mon–Fri, 2 : 00 PM – 10 : 00 PM) . In this role, you’ll set up, operate, and maintain CNC equipment to produce precision parts that meet exacting medical device standards.

What You’ll Do

Set up, operate, and adjust CNC machines for high-precision production

Inspect parts using blueprints, gauges, and inspection tools

Troubleshoot and correct machining issues to maintain dimensional integrity

Deburr, buff, and finish parts per specifications

Perform preventative maintenance on assigned machines

What We’re Looking For

✅ High school diploma or equivalent

2+ years CNC machining experience

(required)

✅ Ability to read & interpret blueprints, work with tight tolerances

✅ Strong communication skills & knowledge of lean manufacturing practices
