Hours : Monday-Friday 5 : 30 am-3 : 00 pm; times may vary based on business needs; opportunities for overtime. The position drives across Southern MN and Northern Iowa; the IA trucking headquarters is based in the Garnavillo area.

Essential Job Functions :

  • Proper pre and post-trip truck and trailer inspections
  • Safely drive loaded and unloaded semi-truck / trailer
  • Properly load and unload animals from a livestock trailer
  • Wash out the trailer daily
  • Commit to Holden Farms' goal of achieving a zero-injury culture
  • Follow Holden Farm’s Biosecurity Protocols
  • Dependable and able to work with minimal supervision
  • Self-motivated team player with a positive attitude

Required Qualifications :

  • Valid Class A CDL with a good driving record
  • Current DOT medical card
  • Must have more than one year of experience

    • Physical Requirements :

  • Candidate must be able to stand and sit for prolonged periods
  • Ability to frequently bend, reach, squat, and kneel
  • Ability to lift to 55lbs
  • Ability to work in various conditions (heat, cold, dust, etc.)
