When a guest walks through our doors, they're escaping their busy life for a few hours of genuine luxury : a comfy robe, reflexology sandals, a quiet relaxation room, hot cinnamon tea, and a warm neck wrap before their service even begins.

We're a destination spa experience that happens to be in your neighborhood. And we need people who understand the difference.

About This Role

As a Spa Coordinator / Key Holder, you're the first and last impression of our spa. You open and close the building, welcome guests into our world, help them choose the right services, and ensure they leave already thinking about their next visit. When something goes sideways, you handle it. When the team needs direction, you provide it.

This is a leadership position. You'll mentor newer team members, make decisions when managers aren't on-site, and take ownership of the guest experience from parking lot to checkout.

What You'll Actually Do

Compensation & Benefits

$17-22 / hour based on experience

5% commission on retail sales when you hit your targets

$5 bonus per enhancement sold (once you hit 10 per month)
