Job Description

Pride Health is hiring a Specimen Technician to support our client’s medical facility, which is based in Irving, TX, 75063.

This is a Contract job with a possible extension opportunity and a great way to start working with a top-tier healthcare organization!

Location : Irving, TX, 75063

Schedule : 4 am - 12 : 30 pm (40hours / week)

Pay Rate : $18 / hr (Offered pay rate will be based on education, experience, and healthcare credentials.) The rate is based on years of DIRECT EXPERIENCE as listed in the resume

Roles & Responsibilities :

• Perform duties in a high-volume production environment while meeting established productivity, quality, and turnaround-time standards.
• Accurately enter data at a rate of approximately 6,000 alphanumeric keystrokes per hour.
• Work safely in a biohazard environment, following all safety, compliance, and infection-control procedures.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and efficient work area.
• Sit or stand for extended periods as required by operational needs.
• Communicate effectively and professionally with team members and staff at all organizational levels.
• Demonstrate strong interpersonal skills that contribute to a positive and collaborative work environment.
• Adhere to organizational core values, policies, and procedures.
• Show flexibility and adaptability in a fast-paced, changing environment.
