About the Role

Data is our North Star. As a Data Analyst for the App Matrix, you will turn raw information into strategic action. You go beyond reporting—you uncover the "Why" behind user behavior to directly influence the roadmap of our newest applications through deep insights into retention, growth, and product metrics.

Responsibilities

• Measurement Framework : Establish KPI systems for new products from scratch and track "North Star" metrics.
• Experimental Design : Partner with PMs to design and analyze A / B tests, ensuring statistical rigor in every product decision.
• User Insight : Perform deep-dive analyses on retention funnels to identify growth levers and potential churn risks.
• Strategic Support : Translate complex data findings into actionable recommendations and provide compelling data narratives for management.

The US base salary range for this full-time position is listed below. Pay may vary based on a number of factors including job-related skills, level, experience, geographic location and relevant education or training. At NewsBreak, we design our overall rewards package to attract top talents. Depending on the position, the role may also be eligible for discretionary bonus and options. Annual Base Pay Range

$125,000—$185,000 USD
