Doctor of Pharmacy (PharmD) degree, active Pharmacist license, and minimum 1+ years Pharmacist experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

Provide expert pharmaceutical care as a Clinical Pharmacist in a dynamic hospital setting located in Gilroy, CA. This contract opportunity offers the chance to practice in a well-equipped 250-bed hospital using advanced IT systems such as Meditech and Pyxis. The role is suited for licensed California pharmacists with hospital experience who are ready to work full-time and thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities include ensuring safe and effective medication use, collaborating with healthcare teams to optimize patient outes, and managing pharmacy operations in alignment with hospital protocols. You will work a variable schedule focused on days and afternoons, structured as four 10-hour shifts per week, allowing for a balanced workweek.

Key Qualifications and Experience :

• Valid California pharmacist license
• Hospital pharmacy experience, preferably in a clinical setting
• Ability to work full-time with flexible scheduling
• Familiarity with Meditech and Pyxis systems is highly desirable
• Positive and collaborative attitude contributing to team success
