Educate clients through one-on-one consultations, webinars, and group presentations. Use a consultative sales approach to help retirees protect their health, income, and legacy including options like Fixed Indexed Annuities for long-term retirement planning. Stay engaged with ongoing training, mentorship, and business planning to continuously improve your performance. We encourage you to apply if you have an entrepreneurial mindset with a self-starter attitude. Strong communication and relationship-building skills. A commitment to providing exceptional service and follow-through. A Life & Health license (or willingness to obtain we'll guide you through the process). A desire to grow your income and independence with a performance-driven model. Performance-based commissions with advanced payouts and lifetime vesting. No income cap average first-year earnings of $70K$90K, with top agents earning $100K+. Monthly bonuses and travel incentives to top destinations. Ongoing sales training, onboarding, and mentorship.
