A company is looking for a Client Success Manager to support civic and school district clients.
Key Responsibilities :
Proactively manage a portfolio of approximately 125 municipal clients to ensure continuous value delivery
Advise clients on best practices for products in the Budget Cycle Management suite
Conduct annual account performance planning and reviews with clients
Required Qualifications :
3 to 5 years of experience in customer service or customer success roles
At least 1 year of finance or accounting experience, or a Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or Finance
Proven ability to manage a diverse portfolio of clients
Experience with SaaS applications and understanding of municipal finance best practices
Experience working with local governments and school districts is a plus
