In this role, you will :

• Build strong relationships and trust with customers through open, effective communication
• Ensure inventory is well-stocked to meet customer needs
• Use Microsoft Excel, Word, and other Microsoft Office applications daily
• Multi-task while maintaining a high level of attention to detail
• Collaborate as part of a growing, team-oriented environment
• Troubleshoot and solve customer issues with a positive, solutions-focused mindset
• Support customers in alignment with our service standards and company policies
• Maintain a friendly, professional, and positive demeanor at all times

Experience with manufacturing accounting and inventory systems is a plus!
