Project Controls Specialist

We are seeking a dedicated Project Controls Specialist to join our team in Houston. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in project coordination and cost controls within the oil and gas industry, particularly in natural gas projects. This role requires a deep understanding of Excel and, ideally, experience in the pipeline industry.

Responsibilities :

• Provide project coordination and cost controls support for oil and gas / natural gas projects.
• Collaborate with engineering project managers and engineering teams to ensure project success.
• Manage and analyze project costs, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
• Utilize Excel for data manipulation, including the use of pivot tables, to handle large datasets.
• Support the management of 30-40 projects simultaneously, ranging from $2 million to $100 million in spend, with some projects reaching 10 figures.
• Perform quality assurance and cost analysis to maintain budgetary constraints and enhance project outcomes.

Pay and Benefits :

The pay range for this position is $50.00 - $50.00 / hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
