SkillSetGroup is seeking an experience Maintenance Manager to work in the north Orange County, CA area. This position will be overseeing all facilities and production maintenance processes and team members. The chosen candidate will have a strong maintenance leadership background in metals processing. Maintenance system & process evaluation and optimization is also a big plus. This will be a 1st shift position and a DIRECT HIRE opportunity.
Responsibilities
- Check quality standards and functionality of services and machines regularly
- Escalate any problems early and schedule repairs in order to minimize loss to business
- Conduct regular assessments and trainings to ensure safety of employees
- Analyze processes to ensure efficient functioning and perform analysis to make adjustments
