Express Employment Professionals, Dayton South, is now hiring a 1st shift bilingual Landscaping Foreman for the Centerville, OH area for $18 / hour and up based on experience. This will be a direct hire position.

A Landscaping Foreman is responsible for planning, organizing, supervising of grounds, landscaping, and maintenance projects. Their duties include :

• Planning and design : Planning and designing landscaping and grounds maintenance activities.
• Project management : Supervising and coordinating the work of a crew on a specific project.
• Safety : Ensuring that safety practices are followed.
• Driving company trucks / vehicles.
• Inventory : Requisitioning and inventorying tools, supplies, and equipment.
• Client consultation : Consulting with clients to determine their landscaping needs.
• Hands-on tasks : Performing hands-on tasks such as planting, mowing, pruning, and trimming.
• Training : Training and overseeing landscape workers.
• Cost estimates : Preparing cost estimates.
• Irrigation and land mowing : Handling irrigations and land mowing.
