We are looking for a dedicated Help Desk Analyst to join our team. This long-term contract position offers the opportunity to support a nationwide infrastructure upgrade project. The ideal candidate will bring expertise in IT Help Desk services, technical support, and call center operations while showcasing exceptional communication and documentation skills.
Responsibilities :
- Provide technical support for pre- and post-validation of IT equipment during a nationwide switch upgrade project.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Microsoft Windows 10 and Active Directory.
- Manage service desk tickets efficiently, ensuring timely resolution.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth execution of infrastructure upgrades.
- Maintain detailed documentation of processes and resolutions for future reference.
- Communicate effectively with stakeholders to provide updates and technical insights.
- Monitor and report on equipment performance during the validation process.
- Ensure all IT systems are functioning correctly after upgrades are completed.
- Offer remote and on-site support as needed to address technical challenges.
- Assist in coordinating schedules and workflows for team members to optimize project delivery.
- Proven experience in IT Help Desk or technical support roles.
- Familiarity with Active Directory and Microsoft Windows 10.
- Strong troubleshooting skills and the ability to resolve technical issues effectively.
- Experience handling service desk tickets and maintaining documentation.
- Excellent communication skills for interfacing with team members and stakeholders.
- Attention to detail and organizational skills to ensure project accuracy.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends, as required.
- Previous experience in call center environments is highly desirable.
