Compensation: $110,000 $135,000 annually, based on experience

About the Opportunity
Join a physician-led hospital medicine team in Green Bay as we launch an exciting new program. We re seeking a skilled and motivated Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to provide high-quality inpatient care while helping shape the program from the ground up. With a 7-on / 7-off day schedule, you ll enjoy predictable rotations and meaningful downtime.

What You ll Do

• Deliver excellent inpatient care in collaboration with physicians and nursing staff

• Manage admissions, daily rounding, and discharges

• Partner with leadership to achieve and maintain quality metrics

• Participate in protocol implementation and program development

• Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives that enhance patient outcomes

What We re Looking For

• Master s degree in Nursing or Physician Assistant Studies (required)

• Current certification as a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant (required)

• Active Wisconsin license or ability to obtain prior to start (required)

• DEA registration (preferred)

• Hospital or acute care experience preferred
