A company is looking for a Client Service Representative to join their team.
Key Responsibilities
Act as a liaison between the company, customers, and patients to address inquiries and complaints
Provide product training and additional customer education while ensuring timely responses to client inquiries
Manage daily workflows and perform administrative support to ensure HIPAA compliance
Required Qualifications
High School Diploma or GED equivalent
2+ years of experience in a client-facing role, preferably in a call center or high-volume environment
General understanding of medical laboratory workflows and terminology
Proficiency with Salesforce.com or similar CRM platforms and Microsoft Office
Experience with remote collaboration tools (e.g., Teams, Slack)
