This is a high-impact opportunity for a hands-on Corporate Controller who thrives in operational complexity and fast-paced growth. Our client is building a best-in-class SaaS organization and needs a Corporate Controller who can scale processes and bring discipline to a rapidly expanding business. This fully onsite role in downtown Chicago reports directly to the CFO and plays a critical role in shaping how finance operates at scale.

As the Corporate Controller, you will :

• Own and execute a standardized finance integration playbook for M&A from Day 1 through Day 90
• Lead ERP migrations, chart of accounts mapping and accounting policy alignment
• Re-engineer month-end, quarter-end and year-end close to achieve a consistent five-day close
• Implement a continuous close model with real-time reconciliations and automated intercompany eliminations
• Establish global close calendars and flash reporting for executive and board-level visibility
• Design and enforce a global procurement framework
• Drive automation across AP, AR and expense management to support long-term scalability
• Oversee revenue recognition processes with a strong understanding of ASC 606 and ASC 605
