Family Social Worker

Valeo Resources has partnered with a community mental health organization that is constantly expanding! We are currently seeking candidates for a full-time Family Workers to join the team in Chicago, IL ! In this role, you will be working to provide supportive services in the areas of mental health, social services, family involvement, special needs and community partnerships to the surrounding communities.

Position : Family Worker (social work)

Location : Chiacgo, IL

Schedule : M-F, day shifts (Full time - W2) no weekends, no overnights

Responsibilities :

• Communicate With Parents
• Process family intakes, assist parents with completing applications and redeterminations.
• Coordinate parent meetings, workshops, committee meetings, and volunteer activities.
• Act as a liaison between parents, Site Directors, and Executive Director.
